Yiamy® was born from a journey of discovery — one that began far from Cyprus, among the icy landscapes of Antarctica. Surrounded by towering icebergs, endless snowflakes, and colonies of penguins at the edge of the world, I experienced a profound moment of clarity. That frozen continent ignited my imagination and inspired me to embark on a new creative path — one that blended my love for travel, flavour, and design. Returning home, I immersed myself in the vibrant culinary world of Cyprus. My journey began in a traditional local tavern, where I fell in love with the bold, sun-kissed flavours of Mediterranean cuisine. Eager to expand my skills, I pursued my passion in France — the heart of pastry artistry. At the prestigious Alain Ducasse School of Pastry Arts, I trained under award-winning chefs, mastering the delicate balance of flavour and texture. Working in a charming patisserie in Lyon — the culinary capital of France — taught me that the right combination of flavours can transform a simple dessert into an unforgettable experience. This philosophy became the heart of Yiamy®: crafting cakes that are not only visually stunning but also rich in taste and emotion.

When I returned to Cyprus, I knew I wanted to build something special — a place where creativity flourishes, and every cake tells a story. Yiamy® Studio was created to bring my vision to life: a luxury cake design studio where bespoke creations elevate life’s most memorable moments. At Yiamy®, I combine my expertise in cake sculpting, sugar artistry, and flavour pairing to create tailor-made Designer Cakes that surprise and delight. Each creation is a reflection of my clients’ dreams, blending artistic design with exquisite taste to celebrate love, joy, and unforgettable memories.

Inspiring the Next Generation

Beyond creating exquisite Designer Cakes, my journey has led me to share my knowledge and passion with others. At Yiamy® Studio, I offer both offline workshops and online cake design and pastry art classes to inspire and empower aspiring cake designers and pastry artists. My goal is to provide students with the skills, confidence, and creativity needed to master essential techniques, explore innovative designs, and develop their unique artistic voice. Whether through hands-on learning or detailed online lessons, I strive to help others turn their passion for cake design into an extraordinary craft.
