In the context of their cultural action, NGO KEY and Euro-toques Cyprus, together with Choice FM co-organized the 2nd Cyprus Cake Decorating Competition on the 08 of April 2017 with theme “Sweet Women”. Yiamy® Studio Sweets & Cakes contributed to the event uniqueness with Sugar Flower Waltz — a mesmerising Live Cake Decorating Performance in the Land of Sweets. For exquisite top of the line wedding cake decorations or simply to sculpt an everlasting floral display, the mesmerizing art form of Sugar Flowers offers an unlimited canvas for any creative spirit. It’s a fine art most magical!
Sugar Flower Waltz
Honouring the Russian culture and the magical Russian classical ballet music, Yiamy® Studio Sweets & Cakes Studio welcomed guests to the mesmerising Live Cake Decorating Performance in the Land of Sweets. Little Yiamy® Fairy took the guests inside the magic castle where they were treated like a royalty and enjoyed dancing of delicious sugar flowers to, perhaps, the most beautiful waltz you have ever heard — Dancing Flower Waltz by the great Russian composer Pyotr Ilyich Tchaikovsky. Guests were able to taste them too and appreciate the delicate flavour of natural ingredients in the form of modern sugar flower art technique.
